How I work

Some things about how I work don't change, regardless of what the market is doing.

Pace

Real estate doesn't have to feel rushed. The pace of this practice is set by the decision, not the market. If a house isn't right, we keep looking. If a listing needs another week of prep, it gets another week. The cost of moving slowly is much smaller than the cost of moving wrong.

Local depth

I work in Milwaukee, not in a metro area on a map. That means I know the difference between a 1920s duplex in Bay View and a 1950s ranch in West Allis, which neighborhoods reward owner-occupants and which reward investors, and which blocks tend to come up at any given time of year. Local knowledge isn't decorative. It changes which house you end up in.

Straight numbers

Every conversation includes the actual math. What does the monthly payment look like at three different rate scenarios? What's the honest comp range? What will closing really cost you? You don't get talked into anything here. You get the numbers and the time to think.

The long view

Most of my clients come from people I worked with before. That's the entire marketing budget, and it sets the standard for how every transaction has to feel. You'll remember whether the advice was honest and whether the experience earned a referral. That standard shapes everything else.
